Arka Bandyopadhyay works with our clients to offer counsel on projects centered around compensation, organizational development, employee engagement, and communication strategies. He serves as the lead analyst, providing financial insights and recommendations on all compensation based project offerings. He brings his expertise and passion in statistical analysis, organizational strategy and behavioral psychology to all client projects he works on.

Arka believes deeply in using the tenets of positive psychology in tandem with principles of inclusion to create diverse workspaces brimming with psychological safety, which allow employees to bring their whole selves to work. He constantly seeks to marry this belief with his extensive experience in statistics and financial analysis to devise and implement ways of incorporating the same into enduring, inclusive, and data-driven organizational policies and strategy.

Arka is a qualified CA (CPA equivalent in the United States) and started his career as an auditor in Deloitte's Statutory Audit division. Since then, he has continued on to work in a variety of different roles, including as a Strategy Consultant with Deloitte and Head of Business Development at a robotics startup. Most recently, he graduated as an MBA from Yale, having spent most of his time there studying and working under pillars in the fields of psychology, incentive design and organizational behavior including Amy Wrzesniewski, Barry Schwartz, and Paul Bloom.

Arka lives in Cambridge Massachusetts and loves to spend his time reading, pondering pretentious philosophical dilemmas and discovering new and interesting restaurants in his spare time.
