Jean

Jean Seigle comes to Positively Partners following an extensive career in national and international work with mission based non-profits, and state and federal programs. Her keen interest in organizational culture is informed by living and working for many years in Latin America and Asia. She is fascinated by studying how organizations thrive; how mission effectively drives employee engagement and purposeful action to reach organizational goals. Her work as an executive coach, employee relations and management consultant, and facilitator/trainer reflects this approach.

Jean has worked at the Massachusetts Office for Children, within the field of education reform with City Year and Citizen Schools, and for nearly 20 years with the Peace Corps as Country Director in 3 countries and in numerous DC based leadership positions.

Jean has an undergraduate degree and Masters of Education from Tufts University. She has completed doctoral studies in Development Psychology from the University of Kansas. A life long learner, she enjoys keeping current with management and organizational development articles and books.

Motherhood has been central to Jean's adult life. She adopted her son from Guatemala when he was an infant. Their journey together is her greatest joy.
