Keisha brings an array of experience in talent, operations and marketing mainly from the nonprofit sector to Positively Partners. Most recently, Keisha managed recruitment marketing and operations for a national online education program in over 30 states. She has previously worked in talent recruitment and people development at AppleTree Early Learning Public Charter School, Teach for America and DC Prep in the Washington, DC area.
Keisha graduated with a BBA in Marketing and Psychology minor and a MBA in Operations Management. She is fascinated with how to motivate people and how to make them the most productive and engaged in their work environment. Keisha, being a first herself in many areas, is passionate about educating other early career professionals, first generation college students, and women of color with knowledge about the job application process from creating a resume to interviewing to pay negotiations. She is determined to create systems that support equitable, anti-bias hiring practices in organizations.
With over 10 years of experience, Keisha creates and builds people focused operations systems for growing departments or organizations. She is a self professed lover of numbers and math. She enjoys coaching and developing people to do their best work for themselves and their organizations.
In her personal life, Keisha lives in the DC area with her family and enjoys reading historical fiction and biographies.
